Responsible
for team organization, coordination of the consultancy
team and liaising with the client.
Ensures delivery of complete contract documentation
from all consultants, construction supervision by the team
and handles overall project management.
Architect

Responsible
for site investigations/site analysis, technical project
reports, minute taking during site meetings, preparing and
keeping Project manager’s copy of site documentation.
He/She will also review and certify the contractor’s
works.
Project
Quantity Surveyor -ICM Consultants Ltd
Responsible
for project cost tracking, checking contractor’s
valuations before certification for payments and
preparation of project accounts documents until the final
account. Ensuring adherence of contractor to the original
contract sum for original scope of works as much as
possible.
Civil/Structural
Engineer –Mujju Consulting Engineers
Responsible
for supervision of the contractor with respect to;
Structural quality control, material tests/
investigations, ensuring contractor’s compliance with
design of all civil and structural engineering works
including various building structural elements e.g. roads,
drainage, water storage /supply and waste disposal.
Electrical/Mechnic al Engineer –Design Engineering
Responsible for supervision of the contractor with
respect to; quality control of electrical, mechanical, IT
networks and security systems, using material tests/
investigations, ensuring contractor’s compliance with
design of all electromechanical
installations including tender documents. Responsible for
designing, compiling and documenting maintenance
manual/data.
Landscape
Architect- Dream Architects
Responsible
for inclusion by detailing an implementing environmentally
sensitive features, external, internal plantings, hard and
soft surfaces. Adding natural enhancements to project to
improve human comfort levels and aesthetic quality of
internal spaces.
